​Welcome to Texas EliteMD Care. We proudly serve patients across Houston, Cypress, and Katy throughout our two practice locations. We are devoted to giving you the best care possible and helping you achieve successful treatment. To support a clear and positive relationship, we ask that you take a moment to review our financial policy. Payment is an important part of your overall care, and the following guidelines help us keep healthcare costs as low as we can.

We offer competitive pricing for patients who do not have health insurance.

Office Hours

Our office is closed for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Hours of Operation:

Sunday: Closed

Monday–Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m..

Saturday: Two Saturday mornings each month at the Katy location, by appointment only.

Appointments & Cancellations
To schedule or cancel an appointment, please call us at 281-246-4668. We understand that schedules can change and emergencies may occur. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we may offer that time to another patient.
Please note: A $25 “no-show” fee may be charged for any missed appointment that is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.​

Fee and Payment
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay. Our fees are set according to the complexity of your visit. We require full payment at the time of service. Please be aware that we may decline certain payment methods, and that services can not be cancelled or refunded once completed.​

​Check-in Requirements
At every visit, Please be prepared to verify your contact information, show a current insurance card and valid photo ID, and pay any outstanding balance as well as the cost of that day's appointment.

Insurance participation
Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. Before your visit, please contact your insurance company to confirm that we participate in your plan, to address any questions about your coverage, and to verify that the services you are seeking are covered.​

Co-payments and Deductibles
Most insurance policies specify that patients are responsible for paying a portion of their healthcare expenses like co-payments and deductibles. These amounts are determined by your insurance policy and are due at check-in.

After a medical claim has been processed, you will receive the Explanation of Benefits from your health insurance company. If an overpayment is identified after your claim is processed, a refund check will be mailed to you. ​
